Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
